General Conditions of Sale – Cuddle Baby

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through Cuddle Baby’s official sales channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and landing pages linked to cuddle baby products.A "customer" refers to any individual placing and confirming an order through the specified channels and completing payment via our approved methods.

Article 2: Age Requirement

Cuddle Baby products are intended for customers aged 18 and above. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet this age requirement. Orders placed by individuals under 18 may be canceled and refunded if discovered.

Article 3: Orders

All orders are considered confirmed only upon full payment (for non-COD orders) or upon successful payment of a reservation fee (for COD orders). Orders are processed on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or unverified orders.

Article 4: Pricing

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional discounts are valid only for the duration and quantity specified. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of order.

Article 5: Payment Methods

Cuddle Baby accepts payments via the following methods:

PayPal
Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, failure to pay the reservation fee within the stated time may result in cancellation. All payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

Article 6: Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of confirmation. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier. Cuddle Baby is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. In case of lost parcels, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Article 7: Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations are only accepted before an order is shipped. Due to the nature of the product (for personal use), returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. In the event of a product issue, customers may contact us within 3 days of receiving their order.

Article 8: Personal Data Protection

Cuddle Baby respects your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, address, and contact details) will only be used to fulfill your order and provide customer support. We do not share customer information with third parties.

All transactions and conditions stated here shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
